Exchange Policy Overview:

We understand that choosing the right color can be challenging when ordering online. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy for unopened SD Hair Extensions. You may exchange your unopened set for a different color within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons, we can only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

May I Exchange My Order?

Yes, you can exchange your order if the SD Hair Extensions have not been opened or taken out of the packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the security seal on the packaging remains intact.

Why Are SD Hair Extensions Non-Exchangeable If Opened?

Human hair extensions are hygienic products, and we take public safety very seriously. For this reason, we do not allow opened items to be returned. This policy is in place to protect all our clients and is common among hair extension suppliers.

How Can I Exchange My Hair Extensions for the Right Color?

To exchange your hair extensions for the right color, contact us at info@sdhairextensions.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. All SD Hair Extensions must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice with the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions for the exchange process.

Do I Have to Pay for the Shipping of My Exchange?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend sending your exchange with a tracking number, as SD Hair Extensions will not be responsible for lost returns. For international returns, please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package to avoid it being returned to you.

When Will I Receive My Exchange?

Once we receive and inspect your returned hair extensions to confirm they were not opened, we will process your exchange. You will receive the different color hair extensions after this verification process.

How Do I Return My SD Hair Extensions?

To return your unopened SD Hair Extensions, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting SD Hair Extensions customer service. If you are unable to contact us, write your order number, first and last name, and address on a piece of paper and include it in your return package.
  2. Include the Tester: Make sure to include the tester portion of your SD Hair Extensions as it is part of the full set.
  3. Exchange or Return: Indicate whether you would like an exchange (specify the desired color) or a return. For exchanges with a price difference, we will send an invoice via email. If your order included a promotional free gift, please return it if you are requesting a refund.
  4. Track Your Package: Keep your tracking number to confirm delivery. We are not responsible for items returned without a tracking number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Processing Time: Allow 4-6 business days from the date of delivery for a representative to contact you.

Shipping Costs for Return or Exchange:

Refunds for returns exclude the initial shipping cost. The shipping fee paid to send your package is non-refundable.
